Auditor, Commissioner, and Treasurer Software (ACTS)

The Y2K bug led to our creating a new system for managing the accounts of a medium-sized organization such as county governments. Making use of the most recent technology, we have created an entirely PC-based system that outperforms its predecessors by an order of magnitude in terms of processing speed, is far easier to use to boot, and reduces maintenance time and hence reduces support costs to our customers. We call this package Auditor, Commissioner, and Treasurer Software (ACTS).

ACTS provides tools for all of the bookkeeping needs of its users. Its tools have been segregated into sections which functionally track the way such organizations staff themselves.

The Auditor's section provides all of the tools required for accruing revenue and making purchases.

The Commisioner's part of the program is used to mainaint vouchers for future purchases.

The Treasurer's code allows users to track cash flow and balance with the banks.

ACTS provides a wealth of built-in reports and beacuse it uses Microsoft Access as its driver, users find it very simple to create their own as well. We feel that ACTS is the best program in existence for doing this type of work.
